Ohio’s Medicaid Managed Care Plans are happy to coordinate transportation to get Medicaid patients to and from your office. Click on your patient’s plan below to get started.

Scheduling Timeline: Trips must be scheduled 48 hours (two business days) ahead of time. Trips can be scheduled up to 30 days in advance.
Special Instructions: Can schedule via smartphone app, Member chat, or MTM Member Portal. Reminder calls or texts are also available.
Same-Day/Sick Visit Instructions: Urgent trip requests can be made for same or next day appointments, or for hospital or facility discharges.
