My telehealth patient dosn’t have an internet-enabled mobile device or a limited data plan. How can I get them DSME?

Patients with limited internet access can be connected for little or no cost. Find out how here.

All Medicaid Managed Care Plans work with Pulsewrx, an Ohio-based Lifeline phone vendor, to offer phones to Medicaid members that can be used for telehealth DSME classes and appointments. Using a phone will allow patients to engage in DSME education and activities from the comfort of their own home.

Pulsewrx staff are available to do training for office staff. Patients can visit the Pulsewrx application web site to apply for a compatible smartphone.
